📱 Usage Questions

⏱️ Why isn't my SMS showing up?
SMS usually appear within seconds, but sometimes can take up to 2-3 minutes. If you still don't see it after waiting, try another number or refresh the page. Some services may not work with our numbers due to their anti-spam filters.
🔄 Can I receive SMS to the same number multiple times?
Yes, you can! However, keep in mind that numbers are shared with all users. Multiple people might be using the same number simultaneously. We recommend using numbers for one-time verification only.
Which services work with FreeNumber?
Our numbers work with most popular services including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Discord, and hundreds of others. However, some services (especially banking and financial apps) may block virtual numbers for security reasons.
🌍 How many countries are supported?
We currently support 25+ countries including USA, UK, Canada, Indonesia, India, Nigeria, Philippines, Pakistan, and many more. We're constantly adding new countries based on user demand.
How long are messages kept?
SMS messages are automatically deleted after 24-48 hours for privacy and storage reasons. Make sure to save any important verification codes before they disappear!
